Question 1

What back-office workflow is Wrenchwake intended to support?

Accepted Answer

The proposed direction is to help a small trade business keep work moving from customer intake to a job record, then toward estimates, invoices, and payment follow-up while the owner and crew are in the field. These are planned workflow steps, not capabilities available today. The current app supports owner setup and a first-job record only.

Question 2

What can I use today?

Accepted Answer

The current app supports owner setup and creating a first-job record. It does not yet provide the broader back-office workflow described here. Wrenchwake is not open for public purchase or general use.

Question 3

Does Wrenchwake answer inbound calls or book jobs?

Accepted Answer

No. Inbound-call answering and booking are not currently available. They are part of the intended workflow, not features you can use in the current app.

Question 4

Can Wrenchwake deliver invoices to my customers?

Accepted Answer

No. Invoice delivery is not currently available. Invoices are part of the proposed back-office direction, but the current app does not send or deliver them.

Question 5

Does Wrenchwake follow up on or collect payments?

Accepted Answer

No. Automated payment follow-up and payment collection are not currently available. The product does not collect payments today.

Question 6

Can my business sign up or buy Wrenchwake now?

Accepted Answer

No. Wrenchwake is not open for public purchase or general use. Owner setup and the first-job record describe what the current app supports; they are not an open public signup or purchase offer.

Question 7

What pricing is being considered?

Accepted Answer

Neither pricing model is a finalized offer, and no plan can be selected. The monthly subscription proposal shows a $300–$800 per-month range. A recovered-revenue fee is also under consideration, but its amount, calculation, and terms are not set. See the pricing page for the same proposals and status.
